Jamaican Hotels Join Curio Collection by Hilton: What Travelers Should Know

Two iconic Jamaican properties have joined Curio – A Collection by Hilton, a distinctive brand of upper-upscale and luxury hotels designed for travelers who seek authentic, locally rooted experiences.

Jewel Paradise Cove Beach Resort & Spa Runaway Bay, Curio – A Collection by Hilton, and Jewel Dunn’s River Beach Resort & Spa Ocho Rios, Curio – A Collection by Hilton are the newest additions to the Curio portfolio and the first Curio properties in the Caribbean.

“Surrounded by the natural beauty of Dunn’s River Falls and Mystic Mountain, the Jewel properties have long been synonymous with the best of Jamaica’s nature and culture,” said Dianna Vaughan, global head, Curio – A Collection by Hilton. “It’s fitting that our first Curio properties in the region are in Jamaica, which could be considered the Curio of the Caribbean with its mix of pristine beaches, majestic mountains, distinct culture and inimitable music that sets it apart from its closest neighbors.”

Jewel Dunn’s River Beach Resort & Spa Ocho Rios is a premium, all-inclusive, adults-only resort offering guests a variety of accommodations with garden, mountain and ocean views. The property features suites with concierge and butler services, multiple dining venues and several bars, creating a refined and relaxed atmosphere for couples and adult travelers.

On Jamaica’s north coast, the adults-only Jewel Paradise Cove Beach Resort & Spa Runaway Bay emphasizes a health, spa and fitness-focused all-inclusive experience. The resort includes 210 guestrooms and 15 junior suites, many with private balconies or patios, and delivers wellness-oriented amenities alongside beachfront relaxation.

Both resorts highlight Jamaica’s natural attractions and cultural character while bringing Curio’s signature approach—distinctive design, local influence and thoughtful service—to the Caribbean. As part of Curio’s global collection, these properties aim to offer guests authentic encounters with local cuisine, music and landscapes, paired with upscale amenities and personalized service.

The addition of these two Jamaican resorts expands Curio’s presence in a region known for diverse scenery and rich cultural traditions, providing travelers with new options for immersive, luxury stays rooted in place.
