IHG Opens New Luxury Hotel in Tel Aviv — Location & Booking Guide

InterContinental Hotels Group has opened Hotel Indigo Tel Aviv – Diamond District, marking the first Hotel Indigo property in Israel. Situated in the Diamond Exchange District, the hotel sits close to many of Tel Aviv’s main attractions and cultural sites, offering convenient access for both leisure and business travelers.

The 91-room boutique hotel includes a mix of guestrooms and suites designed to reflect the neighborhood’s character. Guests can enjoy on-site amenities such as a full-service spa, a rooftop swimming pool with city views, and a selection of food and beverage outlets that showcase local flavors and contemporary dining options. The property aims to blend intimate design details with modern comforts, creating a distinctive boutique experience within Tel Aviv’s vibrant urban fabric.

Tom Rowntree, vice president of brand management for IHG, commented that the opening represents an exciting milestone: the arrival of Hotel Indigo in Israel. He noted that the new hotel highlights the unique charm of Tel Aviv and provides guests with a chance to experience the city’s energy both inside the property and beyond. Rowntree also shared that IHG currently operates 11 Hotel Indigo hotels in Europe and has 14 additional properties planned for the next three to five years, signaling continued expansion for the brand.

The Hotel Indigo concept focuses on reflecting local neighborhoods through design, dining and service, and the Tel Aviv – Diamond District location is intended to showcase the area’s cultural and commercial strengths.
