Hyatt Regency Sochi has opened in the city’s central district along the beach promenade, offering guests panoramic views of Sochi and the Black Sea. The 198-room property blends modern comfort with regional character and provides a comprehensive range of facilities for both leisure and business travelers.

The hotel’s wellness offerings include a spa with six treatment rooms and a traditional Russian banya, a heated outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center equipped with Turkish and Finnish saunas. Additional guest services include a hair and nail salon and a selection of relaxation areas designed to complement the beachfront setting.

For meetings and events, Hyatt Regency Sochi features more than 16,200 square feet of flexible multi-purpose convention space. The venue accommodates a variety of indoor and outdoor setups, making it suitable for conferences, weddings, corporate events and social gatherings.
