Holland America Line invites food lovers to explore flavors at sea with its Culinary Cruises. Each sailing features a member of the line’s Culinary Council — celebrated chefs who lead cooking demonstrations, share recipes and techniques, and host reservation-only specialty dinners for an elevated dining experience.

Zaandam — 9-Day The Atlantic Coast, Oct. 1–10
French-trained chef and master chocolatier Jacques Torres treats guests to decadent chocolate creations and leads a signature chocolate dessert parade on board.
Koningsdam — 7-Day Mexican Riviera, Nov. 12–19
Rudi Sodamin, Holland America Line’s master chef and Culinary Council chair, oversees the line’s dining concepts. His namesake French seafood brasserie aboard showcases imaginative seafood dishes and refined flavors.

Nieuw Amsterdam — 7-Day Eastern Caribbean, Dec. 4–11
Chef David Burke brings contemporary flavor and signature recipes to the Pinnacle Grill, offering guests modern takes on classic dishes.
Nieuw Statendam — 10-Day Southern Caribbean Seafarer, Dec. 17–27
Andy Matsuda focuses on sushi and Japanese cuisine, presenting guests with lessons on sushi trends, knife techniques and plating approaches.
