The Port to Table program will bring regional culinary traditions to life. A guest chef will present live cooking demonstrations that showcase Alaskan ingredients and techniques. In addition, the Savor My Catch experience lets guests catch fish during shore excursions and have their catch prepared onboard, providing an ocean-to-table dining moment that connects the port experience directly with the ship’s cuisine.

For those interested in keepsakes, Holland America Line has partnered with Effy Jewelry to introduce an exclusive diamond collection inspired by the glaciers of Glacier Bay National Park. These pieces are curated specifically for the cruise line and will be available for purchase onboard this summer, offering unique jewelry tied to the region’s natural beauty.

Wellness offerings have been expanded as well. Greenhouse Spa & Salon debuts the Glacial Mud Wrap, a treatment that uses glacier mud and is followed by relaxation in a float deprivation bed to enhance the therapeutic benefits. The new spa menu is designed to refresh and rejuvenate passengers after active days ashore.

Throughout the season, Holland America Line will commemorate its 75th Diamond Anniversary of Alaskan cruising with regionally inspired dining, exclusive retail collaborations and curated spa experiences—blending cultural appreciation with luxury and adventure for guests exploring Alaska.
