DoubleTree by Hilton has opened a new property in New York’s Times Square.
Located at 350 West 40th Street, the 37-story hotel offers 612 guest rooms with expansive views of the city skyline and the Hudson River. The new build includes a full-service restaurant, a rooftop lounge with indoor seating, and dedicated meeting space for business and events.
All-day dining at Magnolia Restaurant features menus curated by executive chef Brian Pancir, known for his work with the New York Yankees and New York Giants. The restaurant includes a bar and an outdoor dining area, and its design blends white brick, polished brass and warm wood accents with caramel leather seating and cream linen textiles for a refined, comfortable atmosphere.
On the 36th floor, the Lovage Rooftop and Indoor Lounge delivers panoramic city views through a glass roof and provides a fireside seating area. The lounge interior spans walnut herringbone flooring, polished cement surfaces and thoughtfully selected fabrics to create a modern yet inviting setting.
Guest rooms are appointed with theater-inspired artwork and a “Sweet Dreams” sleep experience bed. Each room includes a work desk, in-room tea and coffee from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and bathroom amenities by Crabtree & Evelyn to ensure a comfortable stay for leisure and business travelers alike.
The hotel features a 24-hour on-site market offering snacks, sandwiches, salads, beer and wine for convenient grab-and-go options. Meeting facilities accommodate groups of up to 75 guests and include audio-visual equipment as well as a 24-hour business center to support events and corporate needs.
