This year, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence became the first hotel in Egypt to install an electric car-charging station. The station serves plug-in electric vehicles and hybrids. A full charge takes about eight hours, while a two-hour charging session provides enough range for roughly a 310-mile drive.
“We are proud to be the first hotel in Egypt to install an electric car-charging station,” says Mahmoud ElKeiy, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence. “Protecting the environment is a priority for us. The charging station helps reduce emissions and energy use, supports sustainable travel, and offers a convenient amenity for our guests during their stay.”
Meanwhile, Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria recently earned recognition for its spa. The World Spa Awards named The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria the best hotel spa in Egypt.
The spa features 14 treatment rooms, two couples’ suites, separate whirlpools for men and women, a sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounges. A highlight of the menu is the Cleopatra Treatment, which includes an Egyptian milk and honey bath followed by an 80-minute oil massage.
