Now available to book, this offering brings the hotel’s culinary talent directly into guests’ suites for an intimate, chef-prepared dining event.
Set in the picturesque suburb of Lake Forest, the 156-room hotel invites guests to enjoy a private, in-suite meal prepared by Executive Chef Christian Alejandro. Chef Alejandro, the culinary force behind the hotel’s acclaimed Oaken Bistro + Bar, curates a fully customizable menu for each booking, delivering a three-course, plated dinner paired with two signature cocktails crafted by the Oaken Bistro + Bar mixology team.

Ideal for romantic getaways, anniversaries, or staycations, the Suite Culinary Experience includes a Chef’s Choice welcome amenity upon arrival to add anticipation before the meal. Chef Alejandro tailors each course to guests’ tastes, blending influences from Latin American, Italian, and Creole cuisines to create memorable appetizers, main courses, and desserts. After the evening dining experience, guests receive breakfast for two at Oaken Bistro + Bar the next morning and a complimentary late check-out at 2 p.m., ensuring a relaxed and complete stay.
The Suite Culinary Experience is reserved through the hotel’s regular booking process. On the Forester Hyatt website, select “BOOK,” enter the desired dates, and click “check availability.” If suites are available and the experience is offered for those dates, the Suite Culinary Experience option and nightly rate will appear as part of the suite offerings.

Guests at The Forester are also welcome to enjoy weekly live music every Friday at Oaken Bistro + Bar, plus all-day dining and drinks in the dining room or on the 25-seat outdoor patio. Oaken Bistro + Bar operates daily from 6:30 a.m. to 12 a.m., with weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m.
