The Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival

From Oct. 21–23, Baha Mar will host The Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival, featuring internationally recognized chefs including Marcus Samuelsson of Marcus at Baha Mar Fish + Chop House, Daniel Boulud of Café Boulud and Dario Cecchini of Carna. The festival opens with a welcome party led by Marcus Samuelsson, followed by interactive cooking demonstrations and hands-on culinary events presented by Baha Mar’s culinary team and guest chefs. The weekend culminates in an al-fresco dining experience on Baha Mar’s private island, Long Cay. Guests interested in attending can reserve tickets through Baha Mar’s official channels.

Cocktails at the New Coconut Grove

Sandals Royal Bahamian recently unveiled Coconut Grove, a spacious new lounge that brings relaxed Bahamian beach energy to the heart of the resort. Shaded by coconut palms and offering panoramic ocean views, the lounge features a beach bar, swing-style seating and a lively atmosphere day and night. Signature cocktails such as the Dragon in the Coconut and the Strawberry Guava Frosé are on offer, and guests can enjoy live entertainment and food from three new on-site food trucks.

To mark its 60th anniversary, The Ocean Club launched the exclusive 007 Secret Menu experience. Guests who book this immersive package receive minimal information ahead of their stay; details are revealed the morning of the reservation with a “classified” note delivered to the room. The experience includes a seven-course dinner paired with bespoke martinis that pay tribute to classic James Bond films, including those from the 1960s and the 2006 Casino Royale remake, which featured the resort as a filming location.
