Essential business philosophy: Where there is a will, there is a way. With clear intent, hard work and dedication, goals become achievable.
Best way to keep a competitive edge: Never compromise on customer service. We don’t just book first class for clients; we deliver first-class treatment at every touchpoint.

Eli Ostreicher as a Traveler
What is the most important item you take when traveling? My MacBook Air and an ultra-light set of Tumi luggage.
How do you spend your time on board? I used to change into first-class pajamas and enjoy the quiet. Today, with in-flight internet on many international carriers, I often work through the flight.
What is your favorite restaurant in the world? I keep kosher, so dining options are limited. My choice is Prime Grill in Midtown Manhattan.
What is your favorite destination in the world? I’m drawn to major Asian cities — Hong Kong, Bangkok, Saigon, Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai — but my favorite getaway is the Thai island Koh Samui.
About Regal Wings
What travel benefits are associated with the Regal Card program, and how does membership work?
Regal Card is an international, invitation-style membership that gives travelers immediate access to a wide range of luxury travel benefits and upgrades. Members receive unlimited worldwide airport lounge access regardless of airline or cabin class; comprehensive annual travel insurance covering medical, trip interruption and lost or delayed baggage; 24/7 live concierge service; assistance with award and mileage redemptions; instant Avis First and Sixt Platinum status; and VIP access to unpublished wholesale fares for international first and business class. We also work with more than 50 specialized travel partners to offer exclusive discounts and perks across many categories.
Members enjoy negotiated deals for luggage, guided tours, ground transportation, passport and visa services, private jet options, vacation clubs, baggage shipping and tracking, travel apps, local bicycle and walking tours, boutique bed and breakfasts, cellphone rentals and roaming data, airport meet-and-greet, attraction passes, vacation rentals and more. Although some credit cards bundle travel perks, Regal Card is independent of any single card or country of residence and concentrates solely on delivering expanded travel value. Our partnerships team continuously expands global relationships so members find benefits for virtually every travel-related need. Despite the breadth of services, annual membership remains affordable, averaging less than $42 per month.
What travel providers are Regal Card partners?
Our partner network is extensive and includes well-known names such as Avis, Priority Pass, Small Luxury Hotels, HomeAway, Sixt, CIBT, JetSmarter, Inspirato and GroundLink, among others.
What’s coming up for the membership program in the next year?
We are working to add new benefits, including plans for unlimited worldwide WiFi (ground and in-flight) and instant elite status with a major airline; details will be announced when finalized.
