Delta Launches Direct Flights to Las Vegas for CES Attendees

Delta Air Lines has announced additional flights to accommodate attendees of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this January. The airline will operate special service between Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) on January 7 and January 12 to meet increased demand during the event.

The route will be operated with a Boeing 777-200LR configured to provide a comfortable experience for long-haul travelers. The cabin layout includes 37 lie-flat seats in Delta One, 36 seats in Delta Comfort+ and 218 seats in the main cabin. Every seat is equipped with on-demand in-flight entertainment, power outlets and Wi-Fi to help passengers stay productive and connected throughout the flight.

The outbound flight on January 7 departs Shanghai at 12:05 a.m. local time and is scheduled to arrive in Las Vegas at 7:45 a.m. local time. The return service departs Las Vegas on January 12 at 12:45 p.m. and arrives back in Shanghai the following day at 7:15 p.m.

In addition to the Shanghai–Las Vegas service, Delta will continue its usual supplemental flights for CES between Las Vegas and both Seoul and Tokyo to support the influx of visitors to the show. These extra frequencies are intended to give travelers more options and flexibility when planning trips for the conference.

With the enhanced schedule and the 777-200LR’s long-range capability and onboard amenities, Delta aims to provide a reliable and comfortable travel option for business travelers, exhibitors and attendees heading to CES.
