The United MileagePlus Club Card from Chase is a premium travel card designed to improve the passenger experience on United Airlines and across the Star Alliance network. It combines a full United Club membership with travel perks such as Premier Access, enhanced mileage earning, and a suite of travel and lifestyle benefits aimed at frequent flyers and premium travelers.
Cardmembers receive unlimited access to more than 50 United Clubs and to more than 100 participating Star Alliance-affiliated lounges worldwide. United Clubs provide complimentary snacks and beverages, comfortable seating, free Wi‑Fi and a calm place to work or relax before a flight. The card also includes Premier Access benefits, offering priority check-in, expedited security lanes where available, priority boarding and priority baggage handling. When purchasing tickets directly from United with the MileagePlus Club Card, standard checked bag fees are waived for the first and second checked bags for up to two people on the same reservation. Additionally, MileagePlus Premier members traveling on award tickets may be eligible for complimentary upgrades to United First on domestic United-operated flights, subject to upgrade policies and availability.
The card enhances mileage earning: cardmembers receive a 50 percent mileage bonus on top of the base earning rate. That equates to two miles per dollar on United tickets and 1.5 miles per dollar on most other purchases, in addition to the one mile per dollar base earning in the MileagePlus program.
This card also provides dedicated U.S.-based customer service and a personalized concierge to assist with travel planning and special requests. Cardmembers receive complimentary Platinum Hyatt Gold Passport membership and Avis President’s Club membership, which can provide benefits such as room upgrades, late checkout and expedited rental car service. When booking select hotels through The Luxury Hotel & Resort Collection with the card, members may receive complimentary daily breakfast and potential room upgrades at more than 700 properties worldwide. The card includes enrollment in Chase’s Inside Access program, offering curated experiences like priority access to concerts, Broadway shows, culinary events and unique behind-the-scenes opportunities in sports and fashion.

The MileagePlus Club Card distinguishes itself with a combination of lounge access, enhanced mileage earning and flexible redemption options. It waives foreign transaction fees on purchases made outside the United States, making it useful for international travel. Cardmembers can redeem MileagePlus miles for any available seat on any United-operated flight without blackout dates, using the MileagePlus Standard Awards level when seats are available. While a member remains an active MileagePlus Club Cardholder, miles earned in the MileagePlus program will not expire, providing peace of mind for those who accrue miles over time.
