Those thoughtful touches combine to create a unique and elevated experience for our guests.”

A highlight of the program is the cocktail menu at the Petrossian Bar. Its offerings include Bellagio-branded fruit garnishes and individually crafted ice cubes shaped like diamonds, a detail inspired by the resort’s AAA recognition.

Bartenders use small-batch syrups, tinctures and infusions to build balanced flavor profiles, while freshly squeezed citrus and high-quality mixers ensure bright, clean tastes.
