Guests at Chedi hotels are invited to enjoy distinctive dining offers at each destination to celebrate GHM’s legacy of authentic luxury hospitality.

These culinary experiences are part of GHM’s year-long celebrations, which began in March and continue at several Chedi properties. At The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, Emirati hospitality is showcased through hands-on culinary offerings. The hotel’s Cooking Class in Style puts guests in the kitchen with chefs from The Restaurant—one of Sharjah’s most respected dining venues—where they learn to prepare Middle Eastern and Levantine dishes.
Presented as a culinary theatre for the senses, the class introduces new techniques and flavor combinations guests can recreate at home while sampling Sharjah’s cuisine made with careful attention to ingredients, presentation and taste.

The cooking class runs year-round and is priced at $82 per adult. There is also an expanded option priced at $273 for four adults, which includes a three-course lunch following the class, printed recipes and a certificate of participation to commemorate the experience.
At The Chedi Andermatt in Switzerland, guests can enjoy an immersive wine-focused experience. The Chedi Andermatt’s Gault Millau Dine & Style package features a four-course dinner with curated wine pairings at The Restaurant. The hotel’s award-winning wine list—recognized in categories such as Sommelier’s Best, Gourmet & Stars and Best Sparkling Selection at the Swiss Wine List Award 2022—forms the centerpiece of this offering. Guests also receive access to The Spa & Health Club with a $52 spa credit per person and can start their days at The Chedi Grand Breakfast Buffet.

The Gault Millau Dine & Style package starts at $1,730 for two people and requires a minimum two-night stay in the accommodation of the guests’ choice.
Beyond these properties, the Chedi portfolio also includes The Chedi Muscat in Oman and The Chedi Hotel and Residences Luštica Bay in Montenegro. GHM has seven projects in development, including the anticipated The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort in Doha, Qatar, which is scheduled to open November 1 and aligns with the 2022 World Cup period.
