Yes, it’s harvest season, and that means the return of fall wine festivals — including the third annual Autumn Soirée The SLO Way on Nov. 9, held on California’s Central Coast. The evening event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Garden Courtyard at the luxury boutique Hotel San Luis Obispo, a property recognized by the MICHELIN Guide with One Key status.

Guests can expect live music, fire dancing, a wine wall and on-site art by international post-graffiti muralist Momo. Tastings from many of the region’s most celebrated wineries will be paired with bites crafted by Executive Chef Ryan Fancher and the culinary team from the hotel’s dining outlets, including Piadina and the MICHELIN-recognized steakhouse Ox + Anchor.
“We’re thrilled to bring together the best local winemakers, chefs and purveyors for this special Central Coast celebration,” said Circe Sher, co-founder of Piazza Hospitality, the developer and manager of Hotel San Luis Obispo. “Located just miles from the Central Coast’s acclaimed wine appellations, the property regularly highlights regional wines by curating special experiences for guests and hosting winemaker dinners at Ox + Anchor. Autumn Soirée and our spring Rosé the SLO Way festival are part of our ongoing commitment to showcase the area’s vibrant wine culture. It’s the perfect hotel for wine lovers.”
