Arlo Hotels will make its Washington, D.C., debut with the opening of Arlo Washington DC on Nov. 18. Located in the city’s oldest surviving apartment building and complemented by a 12-story addition, the property offers 445 guest rooms in the heart of downtown D.C.

The hotel’s culinary program is led by Chef Pepe Moncayo. The signature restaurant, Arrels, focuses on Spanish cuisine, while Bodega by Arrels provides convenient grab-and-go options. ART DC Rooftop, an indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and lounge, offers a Japanese-inspired menu alongside nightlife programming and a heated pool. Guests can also take advantage of 4,287 square feet of meeting and event space, including five private meeting rooms, and fitness amenities delivered through Arlo Moves and in-room wellness options.
