At Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, The Market’s celebrated Alaskan king crab buffet has been refreshed and expanded. The restaurant now presents the Alaskan King and Global Crab Feast, featuring an exceptional assortment of seasonal crabs sourced from around the world. Executive Chef Danny Ho selected premium varieties including the signature Alaskan King Crab flown in via Japan’s Tsukiji Market, French spider crab, local flower crab and other seasonal catches.

The all-day menu highlights creative crab dishes such as Crab Meat Steamed Egg inspired by Japanese chawanmushi, Spider Crab Porridge simmered with assorted crab meats and fresh seafood, and the signature Golden Crab Roe Hainan Chicken Rice. These dishes emphasize clean, balanced flavors and seasonal produce.
At dinner, one standout is the Spanish Rice with Seafood and French Spider Crab, prepared live at the buffet’s cooking station. Other returning favorites include Grilled Alaskan King Crab Legs, Canadian crab legs, Wok-Fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, Wok-Fried Crab with Salted Egg, Caviar Canapés, Pan-Fried Foie Gras, and Crab Meat with Salmon Roe Donburi (available at dinner and weekend brunch). Fry Caribbean Lobster is also offered during dinner and weekend brunch services.
Weekday lunch and weekend brunch selections feature Alaskan Crab Braised E-fu Noodles with cheese, steamed oysters, and grilled tiger prawns with herb butter. Weekend brunches additionally include unlimited sparkling wine, making them a popular choice for leisurely meals and special occasions.
