Red Fruit & Roses cocktail, anyone? Imagine sipping it while watching the sea, then retiring to a luxurious stateroom at night. That experience is now possible: Princess Cruises has partnered with Mexico City’s acclaimed Handshake Speakeasy to bring a new, exclusive cocktail menu aboard its ships.

Handshake Speakeasy’s Mexico City location has been recognized as The Best Bar in North America by World’s 50 Best Bars for the past two years. Five new cocktails, crafted exclusively for Princess Cruises, will debut aboard Star Princess and will be introduced fleetwide after the initial launch.

Guests staying in the Sanctuary Collection can choose from Red Fruit & Roses—a mix of Elyx Vodka, strawberry, rose water, jasmine tea and lime—and Hibiscus & Spice, featuring Pantalones Tequila Blanco, hibiscus, lime, cinnamon, Cointreau and vanilla. At Crooners lounge, the menu includes Pan Am Punch with Bacardi Superior, Aperol, lemon and orgeat; Green Tea made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, lemon, vanilla, coconut and matcha; and Banana Bread O.F., crafted from Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey, banana, walnut brown butter and maple.

In addition to the new cocktail collection, Princess Cruises continues to offer its Love Line Premium Liquors program, featuring curated wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages developed with celebrities. Offerings include Sláinte Irish Whiskey by Liev Schreiber, Zero Alcohol Sparkling Rosé by Kylie Minogue, and Pantalones Organic Tequila by Camila and Matthew McConaughey.
