Saudi Arabian carrier flynas has introduced a business-class service on its routes between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Previously operating as nasair, the airline now offers enhanced comfort on the 42 weekly flights that connect the two Gulf nations.
The new business-class cabin includes eight seats designed for added space and comfort, with a 48-inch seat pitch and 40 inches of arm space. The product is aimed at travelers seeking greater convenience and a premium experience while flying between major cities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Passenger amenities in the business cabin include pre-booked hot meals and snacks, access to executive airport lounges, improved flexibility for last-minute changes, and a baggage allowance of two pieces. These services target business and leisure travelers who value both comfort and reliability.
“We always listen to what our customers say, paying particular attention to what they expect from us. flynas business class is a key part of our recent rebranding and is integral to our 2020 strategy targeting our goal of carrying 20 million passengers,” said Wael Al Sarhan, director of marketing and communications at flynas.
The launch of business-class service aligns with flynas’s broader efforts to refresh its brand and expand its market reach. By offering a premium cabin on a busy regional corridor, the airline aims to attract higher-yield travelers and provide a more competitive product among Gulf carriers.
In addition to the on-board upgrades, the inclusion of lounge access and flexible booking options reflects a focus on the end-to-end travel experience. These improvements are intended to streamline business travel and provide added value for passengers who need adaptable itineraries and comfortable ground services.
flynas’s decision to introduce a business class between the UAE and Saudi Arabia signals its commitment to growing passenger numbers while diversifying its service offering. As the carrier continues to evolve following its rebranding, passengers can expect further enhancements aimed at improving comfort, convenience, and overall satisfaction on regional routes.
