Mandarin Oriental Marrakech Opens: Luxury Resort Debuts in Morocco

Situated on 20 hectares of landscaped gardens with views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech blends Berber and Moorish influences to create a refined yet rustic atmosphere with attentive service. Located about 10 minutes from the city center, the property comprises 54 private villas and nine suites, each designed to provide privacy and comfort.

Created by architects Pascal Despez, Patrick Gilles and Dorothée Boissier, the resort showcases local materials and an emphasis on natural light. Dining options on-site cover a variety of cuisines: Mes’Lalla presents contemporary Moroccan dishes, while the Pool Garden focuses on healthy preparations using fresh, local ingredients. Additional bars and lounges offer relaxed spaces for drinks and light fare throughout the day.

The spa at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech provides a comprehensive wellness experience. Private terraces allow for outdoor treatments, and indoor facilities include two hammams, a heated pool, a fitness center and a dedicated yoga studio. A hair salon is also available for grooming and styling. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Golf Royal and Golf Al Maaden courses, both a short drive from the resort.

To mark its opening, Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech is featuring two special offers. Guests can enjoy a complimentary third night when booking two consecutive paid nights, or opt for a daily €300 resort credit to use across dining, spa treatments and activities during their stay. Both promotions include accommodations, breakfast and airport transfer, making them convenient options for visitors seeking a seamless luxury experience.
