Six Senses Laamu

Six Senses Laamu’s season features specialists in movement, sound therapy and traditional Ayurvedic treatments. Through Nov. 1, Pallavi Sawant leads sessions in yoga, chakra dance and meditation, incorporating Tibetan singing bowl sound therapy to deepen relaxation and restore energetic balance.

From Nov. 3–30, Ayurvedic practitioner Suraj Varma provides consultations and treatments grounded in classical Ayurvedic principles, focusing on individualized protocols to support digestion, detoxification and stress reduction.

Beyond these visiting practitioners, both resorts emphasize holistic spa experiences: Six Senses Laamu offers a range of beachfront treatments that take advantage of its oceanfront setting, while Six Senses Kanuhura integrates local Maldivian ingredients and traditions into its spa menu to create restorative, place-based therapies.

Guests at either property can combine practitioner-led programs with spa therapies, movement classes and wellness consultations to build personalized retreats that address physical, mental and emotional wellbeing during a stay in the Maldives.
