St. Lucia Chocolate Escape: Tropical Luxury Getaway Experience

Dreamy St. Lucia often conjures images of the island’s iconic, towering Pitons and warm turquoise lagoons. This October, Jade Mountain — the renowned resort known for its private infinity pool sanctuaries — offers an especially irresistible attraction: a four-day Annual Chocolate Festival.

Running Oct. 11–15, the festival celebrates Jade Mountain’s organic cacao groves, home to more than a thousand trees, with a range of chocolate-focused experiences. Highlights include five-course, chocolate-inspired dinners; a chocolate-themed lunch complete with grown-up chocolate milkshakes; a decadent chocolate spa treatment at the resort’s luxury spa; and a Sunday morning Chocolate in Bed breakfast featuring freshly baked chocolate croissants served with banana and vanilla jam at the time of your choice. Guests can also participate in a chocolate truffle workshop led by resort chef Allen Susser.

Rates, based on double occupancy in a Sky Jacuzzi Suite, start at $995. If you prefer to avoid the roughly 50-minute drive from the airport or simply want to arrive in style for the chocolate offerings, Jade Mountain provides a helicopter arrival service that can whisk you straight to the resort and the awaiting Chocolate-tini.
