LATAM Launches New Business Class: What to Expect on Flights

LATAM Airlines is rolling out its new Premium Business Class this month. The offering introduces an updated service model and a refreshed culinary program, and is available on all LATAM international flights operated with Boeing 777 aircraft.

“From listening to our customers, we understand they want more options, flexibility and personalization to be able to travel according to their needs. We are investing over half a billion dollars in cabin renovations, digital tools and improving our service to offer each of our customers a tailored travel experience,” said Paulo Miranda, vice president of customers, LATAM Airlines Group. “Our new Premium Business service offers more comfort and privacy so that our passengers can rest and arrive refreshed at their destination. We have transformed our service, starting with a new culinary concept as well as new cabin crew protocols and service elements.”

The culinary program was developed with Chilean and Brazilian chefs and highlights South American ingredients and regional wines, bringing local flavors to the premium onboard experience.

Designed to help passengers arrive more relaxed and rested, the new service reduces unnecessary interruptions from cabin crew and focuses on thoughtful touches. Travelers receive upgraded pillows, linens and mattresses that incorporate temperature regulation and pressure‑relief technology for improved rest during long flights.

Premium Business seats offer direct aisle access for every passenger and convert to fully flat, 180‑degree beds. Each seat includes generous storage and the latest in-seat entertainment systems to enhance comfort and convenience throughout the journey.
