New Vineyard Resort Opens in Paso Robles Wine Country

Now open to wine lovers on California’s desirable Central Coast, the Allegretto Vineyard Resort is a 171-room luxury property set on 20 acres of vineyards and fruit orchards in Paso Robles Wine Country.

Operated by Southern California–based Ayres Hotels, the resort channels the feel of an Italian vineyard estate with manicured Mediterranean gardens, thoughtfully composed outdoor vignettes, a full-service spa and a wine bar showcasing the resort’s private label.

The name Allegretto, a musical term denoting a moderate tempo—light, graceful and comfortable—reflects the sense of joy, ease and harmony the resort aims to provide guests from the moment they arrive.

“Our mission is to inspire and create joy in every aspect of our guests’ stays,” said Anna Olson, general manager of Allegretto Vineyard Resort. “Allegretto is our ‘Aloha.’”

Amenities include Cello Ristorante & Bar, which highlights regionally foraged ingredients, an extensive wine list, local craft beers and signature cocktails; a spa featuring distinctive offerings such as zero-gravity loungers and an infrared detox sauna; plus abundant meeting and event space for weddings, conferences and special gatherings.

The 171 European-inspired guestrooms and suites—many with private balconies or patios—open onto lush gardens, providing a tranquil retreat that blends comfortable accommodations with opportunities for renewal and relaxation.
