The menu is led by Head Chef Beatriz Maldonado Carreño from Bogotá, Colombia. With more than 15 years’ experience across Argentina, Chile and London, Carreño brings an eclectic Latin American voice to the carriage, combining ancestral techniques with contemporary approaches and quality British seasonal produce.
Guests are welcomed with a choice of a complimentary drink before enjoying a six-course tasting menu that celebrates the diversity of Latin American cuisines. Dishes change regularly but showcase authentic ingredients and careful technique to create memorable flavour combinations.
