A beloved San Francisco hotel has completed a major makeover.
Hotel Drisco, the long-standing Pacific Heights boutique, announced the completion of a comprehensive six-month renovation. The Edwardian property, originally built in 1903, received a full top-to-bottom refresh that covered all 48 guestrooms, 16 suites, bathrooms, public areas and exterior landscaping.

The renovated guestrooms emphasize comfort and timeless detail. Many rooms offer sweeping views across San Francisco and have been outfitted with custom-designed furniture and vanities, new carpeting and window treatments, and a calming neutral color palette. Bathrooms were upgraded to include radiant floor heating, marble accents and spacious walk-in showers.
Beyond the rooms, the project introduced practical and aesthetic improvements throughout the property. A new high-speed elevator enhances accessibility, while the dining room and boardroom were thoughtfully renovated. Hallways now feature updated art, improved lighting and fresh carpeting in public areas. Landscaping work refreshed the grounds to better complement the hotel’s historic architecture.
