Dalloway Terrace in Full Bloom: Spring & Summer at The Bloomsbury

The Dalloway Terrace at The Bloomsbury, London’s acclaimed terrace restaurant, comes alive with vibrant color as warmer weather arrives. Award-winning floral designers Early Hours have transformed the space into a garden, filling the terrace with tulips, blossom and ranunculus to create a vivid, seasonal display.

A cascading flower wall blends into lush borders, adding both color and scent to the terrace and creating an immersive herbal atmosphere. To complement the floral setting, Dalloway Terrace has teamed up with The Botanist Gin to present a signature seasonal cocktail menu. Available through June 22, the cocktails pair botanical spirits with fresh, seasonal aromas designed to enhance the garden experience.

Highlights include the Dalloway Collins, made with The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, earl grey syrup, lemon juice, mandarin foam and soda water, and the Laddy Laddie, which combines Bruichladdich Classic Laddie with Rosolio di Bergamotto and Saicho sparkling jasmine tea.

Tea lovers can sample the new Herbal Afternoon Tea, a menu created to complement the seasonal cocktails. Pastry chef Chris Donn has crafted a selection of garden-inspired sweets using hand-selected ingredients. Standout treats include a carrot cake with tarragon and cream cheese mousse, a cherry and sage chocolate brownie, and a saffron custard tart topped with Campari-poached rhubarb and dark chocolate.

In addition to the floral and cocktail collaborations, Dalloway Terrace has launched a new specials menu developed with wild food expert Nick Weston, bringing foraged flavors and seasonal produce into the restaurant’s offerings.
