The Palms Turks & Caicos reopened on December 14 following an $18 million renovation completed by EoA Group, RAD Architecture Inc., and Hartling Construction.
“As we approach our 20th anniversary in 2025, this renovation stands as a powerful tribute to our loyal guests and our mission to elevate their experience,” said Stan Hartling, CEO of The Hartling Group. “We’re not simply refreshing spaces—we’re setting the standard for opulence in Turks & Caicos, and this transformation takes it to new heights.”

The redesign centers on biophilic principles and expands the outdoor experience with a new pool deck, an oceanfront restaurant, and refreshed guestrooms. The aesthetic leans on earthy tones, organic textures, and patterns inspired by the island’s rhythm to create a calm, natural environment.
The oceanfront infinity pool now includes a swim-up bar and multiple lounge areas suited for relaxation and socializing. Si Si, the new Mexican-inspired oceanfront restaurant, is led by Executive Chef Rajasaker Ravindran. The menu highlights fresh, coastal flavors with signature dishes such as shrimp coconut ceviche and chicken tinga.
Guestrooms received comprehensive updates: fully renovated bathrooms, upgraded kitchen countertops, contemporary lighting, and a refreshed color palette that emphasizes comfort and a connection to the outdoors. Materials and finishes were chosen to feel both elegant and enduring while complementing the resort’s coastal setting.

Beyond aesthetics, the renovation aims to strengthen guests’ connection to the local community and natural environment. Thoughtful design choices and upgraded amenities work together to deliver a more immersive, comfortable stay that reflects the spirit and beauty of Turks and Caicos.
With the property refreshed ahead of its milestone anniversary, The Palms positions itself as a modern, luxurious beachfront retreat that honors local character while providing elevated service and contemporary comforts for returning and new guests alike.
