Ray Charles Suite at Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris

This suite honors Ray Charles and preserves items from his many visits to Paris. Filled with photographs by Arlette Kotchounian and personal artifacts, the room offers an intimate glimpse into the musician’s life. Art by French and international artists complements the collection, and guests can enjoy Paris’ only in-suite Pleyel grand piano and an acoustic guitar. The suite’s layout includes an open dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a walk-in closet, delivering both comfort and cultural resonance.

The Personality Suites at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor, Siem Reap

Opened in 1932, Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor has hosted luminaries including Charlie Chaplin, Michelle Obama and Jacqueline Kennedy. The hotel’s four Personality Suites celebrate individuals whose stories are tied to the hotel and the Angkor region. The Henri Mouhot Suite pays tribute to the 19th-century French naturalist who helped bring Angkor’s ruins to European attention. The Louis Delaporte Suite and the Henri Marchal Suite honor a French explorer and the former Conservator of the Monuments of Angkor, respectively, each reflecting the region’s archaeological and cultural legacy.

The Europejski Royal Suite, Raffles Europejski Warsaw, Poland

Originally built in 1857–1858 and once known as the Pompeian Room, this suite displays the hotel’s historic grandeur. It hosted elaborate fashion balls and literary moments, and it appears in Boleslaw Prus’s classic novel The Doll. Destroyed during World War II and later painstakingly restored, the Europejski Suite stands as a testament to Warsaw’s cultural resilience, blending period craftsmanship with modern comforts.

The Haldane Suite, Raffles London at The OWO

Located in the former war office of Lord Haldane and Winston Churchill, the Haldane Suite at Raffles London occupies a piece of British history. One of five historic suites at The OWO, it preserves original wood paneling and twin historic fireplaces in its sitting rooms. Restored with care for the hotel’s opening, the two-bedroom suite overlooks Whitehall and central London, marrying period detail with contemporary luxury.

At the original Raffles Hotel—where Rudyard Kipling found inspiration for The Jungle Book—the Sir Stamford Raffles Presidential Suite has hosted Queen Elizabeth II and Elizabeth Taylor. Named for the founder of modern Singapore, the suite overlooks the tranquil Palm Court and the iconic porte-cochere, and includes a private verandah.
