Traveling Dinner Experience from Four Seasons and Noma

Nine countries, 19 days and a lineup of three-star Michelin restaurants await guests on a traveling dinner party created by Four Seasons and chef René Redzepi, co-owner of Denmark’s acclaimed Noma restaurant. Departing from Seoul in May 2017, the culinary and travel adventure begins with a flight to Hong Kong aboard a 52-seat Four Seasons–outfitted jet offering an all–business-class experience.

Throughout the journey, each destination blends authentic local food experiences with exclusive fine-dining opportunities. Guests sample street-market specialties and regional favorites, then sit down to curated meals at restaurants whose chefs are close colleagues of Redzepi. That connection ensures attentive service, unique tasting menus and a chance to enjoy dishes crafted specifically for the group.

After the final Asian stop in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the itinerary moves to Europe. Travelers will dine and explore Lisbon and Florence before arriving in Copenhagen, the home of Noma, a restaurant regularly celebrated among the world’s best. Along the way the program combines culinary exploration with cultural sightseeing, giving participants a broad and engaging view of each city’s food scene.

This private jet vacation is priced at $135,000 per traveler. The fee covers ground transportation, meals, beverages and hotels, delivering a fully arranged, premium experience that removes the usual logistics of international travel. The package is designed for food-focused travelers who value access to top chefs, personalized dining and seamless travel between diverse culinary capitals.
