Aleenta, which means “a rewarding life,” has guided the resort’s philosophy since it opened in 2006. With an infinity pool, secluded beach, full spa facilities, an award-winning restaurant and the Ayurah Wellness Center offering immersive retreats, yoga, Pilates and Muay Thai, the resort aims to leave guests feeling stronger, calmer and more balanced.
The resort’s enhanced health and wellness offerings encourage guests to disconnect from daily stress and engage with expert practitioners. New retreats developed by the team include Breathing Vitality, Weight Optimization and Stress & Pain Reduction CBD Retreat.
Each retreat runs between five and 21 days and begins with an Ayurah Wellness Assessment. Assessments include bioimpedance analysis, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, skin analysis, Thai element assessment and chakra reading. These evaluations support the creation of individualized treatment plans and itineraries.
