Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Rome’s only three-Michelin-star restaurant, La Pergola, features two distinct multicourse tasting menus with wine pairings. On Christmas Eve, enjoy an eight-course, seafood-focused dinner inspired by the traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes. On Christmas Day, La Pergola presents a different eight-course menu. The hotel’s Uliveto restaurant offers both a Christmas Eve dinner and a festive Christmas Day brunch.

Sweet Festive Delights
From Dec. 24 to Jan. 6, the Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace serves an early evening holiday tea accompanied by seasonal pastries and cocktails for adults, creating a relaxed and refined festive moment.
New Year’s Festivities
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Rome Cavalieri with several curated options. Uliveto hosts a five-course gala dinner that begins with a welcome aperitivo buffet and concludes with a dessert buffet. La Pergola presents an elaborate nine-course dinner paired with wines and Champagne. Live music and a fireworks display provide a memorable finale to the evening. For a more informal celebration, Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace offers a Blue Bubbles experience featuring Champagne and canapés. On New Year’s Day, guests can enjoy a leisurely brunch in the Garden Lobby.
