Settled on the caldera cliffs of Santorini, the Mystique hotel reopens for the spring season with a renewed collaboration with OPO, a wellness and technology studio. For a second consecutive year, OPO has designed an immersive mind-and-body program that complements Mystique’s serene setting. The offering includes bespoke meditation sessions and a new nutrition-focused menu created by the hotel’s head chef, Oliver Campaanha, together with nutritional therapist Eve Kalink.

The program draws on the calm ambiance of the resort and responds to the rising interest in wellness travel. Founders Kalia and Antonis Eliopoulos have long aimed to help guests fully relax and connect with the environment, and that mission underpins their collaboration with Chris Connors, OPO’s founder.
Kalia and Chris continually refine the programs to teach guests how to adopt a more relaxed, active lifestyle while supporting both mental and digestive wellbeing. Visitors can join OPO’s guided sound and mindfulness experiences through daily meditation sessions designed to deepen the connection to Mystique’s tranquil surroundings.

The “Choose Your Journey” meditation program is structured to balance physical, mental and emotional states. It comprises six themed sessions—Santorini Calling, Morning Rise, Daytime Chill, Evening Reflections, Night Sky and Memories of Santorini—each employing soothing soundscapes and breathing techniques to revive a sense of wellbeing. Short, four- to 12-minute sessions are also available for newcomers to meditation, alongside a series of six inspirational podcast episodes.
From April 29 to May 2, Chris Connors and guest practitioner Eve Kalink will be in residence at Mystique to present the program in person. The weekend retreat emphasizes conscious, mindful eating alongside OPO meditations and sound baths designed to cultivate whole-body wellness.
