Culinary Classroom: Hands-On Cooking Classes & Recipes for Home Cooks

Bellagio Executive Chef Edmund Wong welcomes both beginners and seasoned home cooks to sharpen their skills in An Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom, the resort’s hands-on series of themed cooking classes. Set in Bellagio’s Tuscany Kitchen, a modern demonstration space equipped with individual workstations, each class offers a guided, interactive experience where participants learn professional techniques and prepare a three-course meal under the chefs’ supervision.

Each two-hour session features Chef Wong and his culinary team demonstrating methods, explaining timing and technique, and assisting guests as they reproduce the evening’s menu. All ingredients and tools are provided at the dedicated stations. After the hands-on portion, guests sit down to enjoy the dishes they prepared, and each attendee receives a menu card to take home that details the recipes and steps demonstrated during the class.

Classes are scheduled throughout the year and are priced at $135 per person. Bellagio chefs provide individual guidance during the practical segments to ensure guests of all skill levels can follow along and learn useful skills to apply at home.
