The highly anticipated opening of Hyatt Centric La Rosière marks the debut of the Hyatt Centric brand in France and the first Hyatt ski resort in Europe.
Located in the heart of Franco-Italian La Rosière in the French Alps, the hotel sits in the Tarentaise Valley, a renowned skiing area prized for its dramatic mountain scenery and convenient access to Courchevel, Val d’Isère and Les Arcs.
“The hotel is ideally located to provide guests with a launch pad to discover the best the region has to offer, whether that be the more than 160 kilometers of piste on our doorstep, or exploring the charms and hospitality of a traditional Savoyard mountain village,” said Yannick Aubry, general manager, Hyatt Centric La Rosière.
The property features 69 guestrooms and suites, including 12 family suites designed for comfort and flexibility. Rooms are fitted with under-floor heating and offer panoramic mountain views. For winter sports enthusiasts, the hotel arranges ski lessons, lift passes and guided heli-skiing excursions. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the Summit Spa, which includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and an outdoor hot tub.
Dining at Hyatt Centric La Rosière highlights regional flavors and mountain-inspired cuisine. La Tavola, the hotel’s Italian restaurant, showcases dishes that reflect local ingredients and a curated wine list focused on mountain wine regions. Brasserie H40 serves classic French brasserie dishes à la carte and presents a generous breakfast buffet each morning. The H40 Bistro Bar provides a convivial space with draft beer, cocktails, comfortable seating and a warming open fireplace. For a quieter moment, Surus Lounge Bar offers coffee, tea, infusions and a selection of rums from around the world — an inviting spot to relax, read or catch up on messages.
With its strategic alpine location, thoughtfully designed accommodations and a range of leisure and dining options, Hyatt Centric La Rosière aims to deliver an authentic mountain experience for families, couples and active travelers seeking to explore one of France’s most compelling ski destinations.
