Crystal Private Charter Jets: Luxury Service Prepares for Takeoff

Crystal Luxury Air is set to begin service in March 2016 with a growing fleet that includes a Boeing 777-200LR, a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, an Airbus ACJ319 and a Bombardier Global Express XRS. These aircraft will operate private charters and shuttle guests to Crystal’s ocean, river and yacht voyages from points across the United States to destinations in the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean and the Pacific.

Designed to represent the highest standards of private aviation, the Bombardier Global Express XRS will feature a comfortable two-cabin layout for up to 13 guests. The cabin configuration includes four executive wide club seats with fold-out tables, a four-place conference area opposite a single-seat workstation and cabinetry, onboard monitor capability for laptop display, a surround-sound system, a high-temperature oven and an aft entertainment area equipped with a 31.5-inch LCD screen.

The Airbus ACJ319 will carry just 30 passengers in a refined, spacious interior. Among its amenities are 16 full lay-flat seats, providing extended comfort for long-haul transfers. Beginning in summer 2016, the ACJ319 will join the fleet in transporting guests to Crystal’s curated itineraries, linking U.S. departure points with ocean, river and yacht voyages worldwide.

Crystal’s selection of aircraft is intended to offer both convenience and luxury. With long-range jets like the 777-200LR and 787 Dreamliner alongside executive-class options such as the ACJ319 and the Global Express XRS, Crystal Luxury Air aims to meet the demands of discerning travelers who seek time-saving, seamless connections to upscale cruise and yacht experiences.

“With our broad selection of aircraft, we are confident Crystal Luxury Air will deliver the fast, hassle-free service our guests and discerning travelers expect from premium global air travel,” said Edie Rodriguez, CEO and president of Crystal Cruises.
