Turkish Airlines is launching new service to Havana, Cuba (HAV), and Caracas, Venezuela (CCS) beginning this month.
The new route will operate non-stop from Istanbul (IST) to Havana, with the same aircraft continuing on to Caracas. Service begins December 20 and will run three times weekly, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Introductory return fares to both Havana and Caracas start at $699. To celebrate the launch, Miles&Smiles members will receive a 25% reduction in the number of miles required to redeem award tickets or upgrades on these two routes for the first six months of operation.
These additions expand Turkish Airlines’ existing network across the Americas, which already includes Buenos Aires (EZE), São Paulo (GRU), Bogotá (BOG), Panama City (PTY), Toronto (YYZ), Montréal (YUL), Chicago (ORD), Houston (IAH), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK), Washington, D.C. (IAD), Boston (BOS), San Francisco (SFO), Miami (MIA) and Atlanta (ATL).
