Omni Royal Orleans Hotel has unveiled Two new venues: Three Maries Jazz Club and the reimagined Royal Bar. These additions mark the first phase in a broader transformation of the hotel, bringing fresh energy to its historic setting.

The intimate, 68-seat Three Maries Jazz Club is designed with moody, evocative finishes—dark walls complemented by charcoal limewash accents—to create a warm, sophisticated performance space. The club’s name honors three historic Maries with French and royal ties: Marie Mancini, an Italian noblewoman who was the first love of King Louis XIV; Maria Theresa, Queen of France as Louis XIV’s wife; and Marie Louise of Austria, Napoleon Bonaparte’s second wife and a Hapsburg princess.

Programming at Three Maries blends local talent with visiting artists. Regular performers include Or Shovaly Plus and the Glen David Andrews Band, while guests can also enjoy frequent brass band performances, live piano sets, and a lively second-line brass band on Fridays. The club offers an exclusive food and beverage menu and will be open Thursday through Saturday, giving patrons a focused, late-week venue for New Orleans-style live music.
The Royal Bar, located in the hotel lobby, has been thoughtfully reimagined with classic materials and a refined palette. Its horseshoe-shaped brass bar creates an elegant centerpiece, surrounded by marble and wood floors, chevron wood accents, and limewashed walls with black trim. One cherished element has been preserved: an original antique glass map decorated with gold leaf remains on display, offering a historic touch amid the updated design.
Together, Three Maries Jazz Club and the Royal Bar enhance the Omni Royal Orleans’ hospitality offerings by combining authentic New Orleans music and design with carefully curated food and drink. These spaces aim to draw both hotel guests and local residents, reinforcing the property’s role as a cultural and social destination in the city.
