Qatar Airways will begin daily, nonstop service between Los Angeles (LAX) and Doha (DOH) starting January 1, 2016. To mark the new route, the airline is offering promotional fares in both business and economy classes to a range of global destinations. Tickets can be purchased at qatarairways.com, at any Qatar Airways location, or through an authorized Qatar Airways travel agency. The promotional booking period runs through September 13, for travel between January 1 and April 30, 2016.
“We are eager to begin service to the City of Angels and look forward to welcoming travelers onboard,” said Gunter Saurwein, vice president, The Americas, Qatar Airways. He noted that the airline’s expanding network now serves more than 150 destinations worldwide, with convenient connections via Doha.
