Hospitality brand TAFER Hotels & Resorts has announced an expansion of its Mexico and Caribbean portfolio through a new partnership with Diamante Cabo San Lucas, a luxury resort community in Baja California.
As part of the collaboration, TAFER will develop and operate two luxury resorts and residential property collections inside Diamante Cabo San Lucas. The offerings will include one- to four-bedroom villas and residences set within the community’s 1,500 acres of Pacific coastline. Designed for both short-stay guests and owners, the properties will feature upscale amenities such as wellness programs, gourmet dining, multiple pools, a spa and curated on-site experiences. Timeshare and fractional ownership options will also be available through the TAFER Residence Club.

“Our partnership with Diamante Cabo San Lucas is an extremely significant milestone as we establish ourselves within one of Mexico’s most exclusive and esteemed private resort communities, further positioning TAFER Hotels & Resorts as a steward of luxury hospitality brands,” said Fernando González Corona, owner, founder and president of TAFER Hotels & Resorts.
The collaboration also covers shared ownership and operation of two championship golf courses within Diamante: the Dunes Course by David Love III and El Cardonal by TGR Design. Guests and residents at the TAFER resorts and residences will receive exclusive access to these otherwise private courses, enhancing the lifestyle and recreational offerings available on-property.
“We are pleased to partner with TAFER Hotels & Resorts and are confident they will deliver outstanding new resort and residential club offerings within Diamante,” said Ken Jowdy, CEO and founder of Diamante Cabo San Lucas.
