Starwood Hotels & Resorts has opened its first property in the Emirate of Ajman with the debut of Ajman Saray, A Luxury Collection Resort, Ajman, in the United Arab Emirates. Situated on a sandy beachfront within easy reach of Dubai International Airport and Sharjah International Airport, the resort offers 205 guest rooms and suites with sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf.
The resort’s dining options cater to a variety of tastes. Guests can enjoy authentic Middle Eastern specialties at a dedicated restaurant, fresh seafood at a modern seaside restaurant, and relaxed beverages in an equestrian-themed lounge. An all-day dining venue presents Mediterranean dishes, while a beach bar and grill provides a lively atmosphere with evening DJ entertainment.
For relaxation and recreation, Ajman Saray features a full-service spa with 17 treatment rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center. The resort also offers a children’s club and a selection of water sports to take advantage of the beachfront location.
Business and events are well supported with ample meeting facilities, including six meeting rooms and a ballroom capable of hosting conferences, weddings, and other large gatherings.
This opening expands Starwood’s presence in the Middle East, where the company currently operates 23 hotels and resorts, including three properties under The Luxury Collection brand.
