The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and the MICHELIN Guide presented the first MICHELIN Star Table Experience Abu Dhabi, a curated dinner series that pairs local culinary talent with international Michelin-starred chefs.
Launched this month and continuing next, the MICHELIN Star Table Experience follows the debut of the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi in November. Each event features a four-hands dinner — a collaborative one-night menu where a restaurant’s executive chef and a visiting chef create a shared tasting experience.

On Dec. 8 and 9, Michelin-starred VaKaVa Pan Latin Grill and Lounge joined forces with Mono to take guests on a six-course journey through Latin America. The Asian-themed dinners on Dec. 15 and 16 paired Dai Pai Dong with Chaat, blending Cantonese and Indian signatures into a single menu.
Tickets remain available for the European series on Jan. 6 and 7 at 8 p.m., priced at AED 695 per person. This installment brings together Abu Dhabi’s one-Michelin-starred Talea by Antonia Guida and three-Michelin-starred 8 ½ Otto E Mezzo Bombana to celebrate truffle season, house-made pasta, and classic Italian specialties. Chef Luigi Stinga, winner of the MICHELIN Young Chef Award, leads Talea at Emirates Palace.
