Boca Raton Resort & Club has unveiled two new dining venues designed by lifestyle creator Colin Cowie as part of the resort’s extensive $150 million renovation. Cowie and his Thrive Hospitality team curated every detail, from furniture to decor and artwork by Gino Miles, Jane Manus and Tigran Tsitoghdzyan.

The Lounge at the Boca Beach Club offers an ocean-chic atmosphere with carefully crafted playlists that flow from Brazilian Bossa Nova to classic retro tunes throughout the day. The menu evolves with the day’s rhythm: barista-made lattes and breakfast to start the morning, light lunches for midday, and a candlelit lounge and terrace in the evening featuring Mediterranean-inspired mezze plates and sushi. Cowie’s travels through Sardinia, Sicily and the Greek Islands influenced the wine and cocktail selection, and the lounge also presents an extensive and varied sake list.
Marisol, located steps from the beach, draws its influence from iconic Mediterranean beach clubs. Guests can enjoy breakfast al fresco, lively lunches, or a romantic dinner while embracing the la dolce vita spirit. The menu highlights fresh seafood and dishes that emphasize simplicity and seasonal flavors typical of Mediterranean cuisine. A curated collection of Cowie’s preferred rosé wines complements the restaurant’s offerings.
“The New Golden Era at the Boca Resort begins with Colin’s vision for the Boca Beach Club,” said Christophe Baraton, general manager, Boca Beach Club. “These two new dining offerings will set the stage for what’s to come in the next year. Marisol and the new lounge are adding flair and style to the property, and we’re looking forward to seeing it come to life in time for the holiday season.”
