InterContinental Hotels Group is developing a new InterContinental Hotels & Resorts property in Dallas. Scheduled to open in 2022, the hotel will occupy part of Cityplace Tower, a 42-story mixed-use development.
The planned property will feature more than 200 guestrooms and offer dining and social spaces across eight floors, including a signature restaurant, bar and lounge. Guests will also have access to an outdoor pool, a fourth-floor terrace, a fitness center and on-site parking.
Located in Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood, the hotel will be surrounded by offices, restaurants and retail, placing it at the heart of a vibrant live-work-play community known for its upscale amenities and walkable streets.
