The resort’s 72 cottage-style guestrooms and suites reflect a refined Lowcountry aesthetic, blending wicker, natural wood and textured linens with whitewashed tones and mint-green accents. Many rooms open onto private porches where guests can enjoy morning coffee and uninterrupted riverfront views.

Suites are nearly twice the size of the standard rooms and include generous living areas, dining nooks and soaking tubs oriented toward the river. The signature Sweetbay Suite features a wraparound porch, an indoor fireplace and an outdoor tub that allows guests to bathe while surrounded by nature. Multiple room types can be combined to accommodate families and groups traveling together.

In addition to guest rooms, The Dunlin will introduce 19 privately owned Dunlin-branded residences, with pre-sales scheduled to begin later this year.

The property’s amenities are designed to showcase Southern hospitality and relaxed coastal living. The Meeting House features a broad, welcoming porch that captures the spirit of the Lowcountry. At the Willet Room bar, guests can unwind with carefully curated whiskeys and creative cocktails. Linnette’s restaurant offers sweeping river vistas alongside a menu rooted in coastal cuisine, emphasizing fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients.

Near the riverfront pool, Aster Spa presents an extensive treatment menu inspired by the restorative qualities of honey. Offerings include advanced Biologique Recherche facial protocols, a range of massages and other wellness services tailored to restore and rejuvenate.

With its thoughtful design, riverfront setting and curated amenities, The Dunlin aims to deliver a tranquil, upscale escape that channels the best of Lowcountry charm and modern hospitality.
