Windstar Cruises has announced a new partnership with Pacific Beachcomber, the operator of seven hotels across French Polynesia, including the renowned The Brando.
“This collaboration further strengthens our commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury and romantic experiences in French Polynesia,” said Christopher Prelog, president of Windstar Cruises. “It allows us to extend the Windstar experience seamlessly from sea to land, ensuring exceptional hospitality throughout our guests’ journeys.”

As part of the agreement, guests can book two-night stays at The Brando, which features just 35 private villas set on white-sand beaches along a five-mile-wide lagoon. Named after Marlon Brando, who purchased the atoll in the 1960s, the resort offers snorkeling, bird watching, guided cultural and archaeological excursions, and a range of amenities including the Varua Te Ora Polynesian Spa.
The Brando offer will be available beginning May 1 as a post-cruise add-on exclusively for guests staying in Star Breeze’s Broadmoor, Sea Island and Owner’s suites. The package includes daily excursions, spa treatments, beach equipment, transfers, and other curated services designed to complement the cruise experience.

“We are pleased to welcome Windstar Cruises’ guests to our secluded island havens, including The Brando, an eco-resort unlike any other in French Polynesia,” said Richard Bailey, chairman of Pacific Beachcomber. “Together we will immerse guests in authentic Polynesian culture and the pristine beauty of the islands.”
In addition to The Brando, the partnership extends to properties such as InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa and InterContinental Bora Bora Le Moana, offering Windstar guests a wider range of on-land options to enhance their Pacific voyages.
