The rooftop restaurant at Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston serves an Élevé Sour, a modern vegan twist on the classic whiskey sour. To prepare, combine 2 oz. Knob Creek Rye, 1 oz. aquafaba, 1 oz. lemon juice, 1 oz. orange tea syrup and a dash of bitters in a shaker. Shake vigorously, double strain into a chilled glass and finish with an edible flower for garnish.
