Ultima Collection will debut its newest luxury private chalet on Gstaad’s main promenade in December 2025. In a culinary partnership with Ultima Collection, the upscale Japanese restaurant Zuma will deliver alpine dining experiences beginning in December 2025. Zuma will run a culinary residency at Ultima Hotel Gstaad from Dec. 5 through March 15, and at Ultima Hotel Courchevel starting Dec. 12. In addition to these residencies, Zuma will offer curated private dining at Ultima Promenade Gstaad and Le Grand Jardin Cannes, blending contemporary Japanese flavors with alpine settings and seasonal ingredients.
