Located in St. Moritz, Suvretta House is set to reopen its fully renovated spa in December 2025. The redesigned wellness area spans three levels and introduces a modern fitness suite alongside advanced spa treatments and relaxation spaces. The updates emphasize comfort and contemporary alpine luxury, making it an appealing option for guests seeking rest and recovery after days on the slopes.

Ultima Promenade Gstaad

Ultima Collection will debut its newest luxury private chalet on Gstaad’s main promenade in December 2025. The chalet accommodates up to 20 guests and combines elegant interiors with extensive leisure facilities, including a fitness suite, sauna, indoor pool, arcade and a private movie theater. Guests can also arrange bespoke services and tailored experiences through the Ultima team, from private chefs to guided mountain excursions.

Zuma

In a culinary partnership with Ultima Collection, the upscale Japanese restaurant Zuma will deliver alpine dining experiences beginning in December 2025. Zuma will run a culinary residency at Ultima Hotel Gstaad from Dec. 5 through March 15, and at Ultima Hotel Courchevel starting Dec. 12. In addition to these residencies, Zuma will offer curated private dining at Ultima Promenade Gstaad and Le Grand Jardin Cannes, blending contemporary Japanese flavors with alpine settings and seasonal ingredients.
