Wynn Las Vegas has revealed a new guestroom concept that will redefine luxury accommodations across Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Tower Suites. The comprehensive redesign—set to be completed in June—represents the largest and most extensive update in the history of the resort’s 2,674 guestrooms.

The refreshed rooms emphasize an inviting sense of escapism through a polychromatic palette of soft tones, layered patterns and varied textures. Design elements include wood-accent feature walls, refined lighting strategies, luxurious textiles, natural stone details, metal accents and original artwork. All furniture, fixtures, lighting and art are exclusive to Wynn Las Vegas—either custom-designed for the property or commissioned specifically for the new concept.
“Wynn sets the standard for luxury experiences and unparalleled service by continuously evolving to meet and exceed the needs of our guests,” said Brian Gullbrants, president, Wynn Las Vegas. “Our thoughtful and intuitive new room design provides a more integrated in-room experience, giving guests greater control and choice over how they wish their room to function as they relax, enjoy, work, and entertain during their stay.”

Across all room categories, the renovation introduces functional and aesthetic improvements designed for modern travel. Bathrooms have been reconfigured to include separate vanities and expanded storage. Dressing areas are enlarged with mirrored walls and upgraded closet systems to improve organization and convenience. The living areas feature an extended multipurpose table to support dining, work and leisure activities.
Practical upgrades include increased power and data ports to support devices, along with enhanced touchless in-room technology for a seamless, hygienic guest experience. These changes reflect a careful balance between luxury and functionality, ensuring comfort without sacrificing style.
“As guests’ needs and tastes evolve, we are constantly advancing details that not only meet but exceed their discerning expectations,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and chief creative officer, Wynn Design and Development. “Our redesigned rooms are equal parts warm and dramatic, intimate and sophisticated. The guest rooms are intended to be a personal sanctuary while we host you—a place to rest and recharge at the end of your day.”
