What’s New at Sensei Lānaʻi This Summer & Fall: Events, Upgrades, and Experiences

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort is expanding its wellness offerings this summer and fall, inviting guests to deepen their well-being through personalized services, elevated spa treatments, premium classes and a seasonal hiking retreat.

Personalized 1:1 Wellness Sessions

Sensei’s wellbeing program emphasizes private, one-on-one consultations between guests and wellness experts. Several new options launched this summer to help guests assess and improve their health. The Body Composition 1:1 uses a state-of-the-art SECA scanner to measure and explain key body metrics. Sleep 1:1 offers a targeted sleep analysis to help guests optimize rest, while Sensory Eating 1:1 teaches mindful, sensory-focused approaches to eating—both of which were formerly exclusive to the Rest and Recovery program and are now available to all guests. For ongoing support after departure, My Progress 1:1 connects guests with a Sensei Guide in a virtual follow-up session.

Enhanced Spa Treatments

The resort spa has added new restorative offerings designed to support recovery and skin health. The Recover & Renew Sports Massage begins with an assessment of movement patterns, then delivers a tailored, comprehensive massage that addresses the guest’s specific needs. A Gua Sha Facial will be introduced in August, using the traditional gua sha technique to lift and rejuvenate the complexion.

Premier Group Classes

Sensei continues to offer a variety of complimentary group classes and has introduced new premium, fee-based options for guests seeking deeper experiences. New classes include a vision-boarding workshop to clarify intentions and goals, a group sensory eating session to cultivate mindful nourishment, aerial yoga for strength and agility, and a guided hike along the scenic Koloiki Ridge.
